I just moved in to my dorm in Granville, and I am in love with my dorm room! My roommate and I decided to do our own thing, but to still coordinate a little with colors and accessories. We also hung Lilly lights that I somehow managed to grab in the crazy Lilly Target sale (I couldn't get any clothes though, I wasn't quick enough to find my size).

Saying goodbye to my parents, Momason and Padre, was hard....but since I have a car on campus and I live 30 minutes away from home, I have the opportunity to drive home.

Somehow I ended up with no classes on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I'm excited that I'll have so much free time!
In two weeks I'll be rushing to join a sorority. Both my sisters were in sororities when they went to college (they have both graduated now), so I am excited to follow in their footsteps and join one too! I am going to go into rush with an open mind. I don't want to pick a sorority simply because I'm a legacy; I want to find the sorority were I fit best and truly make a connection.
Anyways, tonight there is the "Sunset Serenade", where all the A Capella groups have a sing-off of sorts. I'm really excited to go and see what it's like!
